We are in a 3 br 70s villa on a quiet street with plenty of on street parking. Sharing with two others (F38, M42) (not a couple) and (part time kid) (7).

The location would suit someone who drives however there is a bus service nearby or its a ~20 minute walk to Bardwell Park train station. Bexley shops are about a 15 min walk.

We are looking for someone who is trustworthy and responsible who will feel at home living with us.

The garage is setup as a second loungeroom party/hangout area/ art/music making space so would definitely suit someone who could use a space for creative purposes.

Looking for the right fit for our lefty arty weirdo vibe.
