This house has a reasonable layout, spacious living room and separate kitchen. It is located on a quiet stree. The rooms are well lit and have a toilet and laundry room. In addition, the bedroom comes with a building in cabinet for storage, as well as a lawn front yard, clothesyard and a spacious and comfortable balcony.
The house is a 5-7 minute walk from Kogarah train station, which is a large station with frequent departures. The train ride to Central Station takes about 20 minutes and requires no changes. In addition, the house is only 3 stops away from Hurstville, a Chinese district, about 8 minutes by car. The airport can be reached in 12-15 minutes by car.
The area has various shops and restaurants such as Asian supermarkets, Woolworths, Aldi, as well as hospitals, Chinese medicine centers and banks.
The property will be available for occupancy 3 September 2024, with long-term rentals preferred. We are looking for clean, pet-free female tenants. Long rentals cost $270 per week, including water, but Internet, electricity need to share with roommate. A three-week security deposit is required.
