Spacious two bedroom apartment at the Northcliffe Apartments at Maroochydore. The apartment is on the first floor, making it super convenient to go down to the pool, use the spa or sauna, or head out to Woolworths which is directly across the road.

From the balcony there are 180 degree views of the water (which is about 30 metres away) - you can see Cotton Tree beach to your right and up the river all the way to Coolum on the left. If you feel like a swim in the salt water when you wake up, simply grab a towel and jump in.

The place has an awesome BBQ area which all residents can use (even for gatherings and parties of 50+ people), a pool, sauna, heated spa, pool table, library, and a person always at reception should you need anything or have questions.

Your large bedroom is directly across from your own private bathroom which was recently renovated so it looks brand new.

The person you will be living with (Michael) is about to be admitted as a lawyer so he is honest, smart, trustworthy and one of the kindest and down to earth people I have ever lived with. He gets along with everybody.

Bills and expenses

The two-bedroom unit is within the Northcliffe Apartments so you don't need to pay for water, internet is approximately $45 per month and, currently, electricity is free (not sure for how long; however, it would typically be about $40 each per month). All bills (electricity and internet is simply split down the middle each month).
