3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms villa in nice quiet neighbourhood (Harrington Waters estate). House is fairly new with modern bathrooms and kitchen. You will have muster bedroom with own private bathroom, which ensures more privacy and comfort. Also one secure car space in the double garage included.

Kitchen and laundry are to be shared with other two residents who occupy other two rooms. They are 23 years old guy (my son) and 37 years old man who works long hours, six days a week. They are my long term tenants, reliable and respectful towards others.

I'm 52 years old fifo worker on 8/6 roster. Living mostly down south near Albany I "surf the couche" in this property once a week (on my fly out and my fly in days) but it's temporary thing till I get opportunity to relocate to the mine site that has direct flights from Albany.....

Description of pets
I have two medium size dogs thet are good guardians. They are no much used to unfamiliar people in the house so they may be a bit reserved at the begining. Dogs are not aggressive and no danger to anyone but they would probobly stay away with occasional bark towards new occupants in a first couple of days. After short time they'll settle and become your best friend that greeting you excited every time when you ener the door. They are not kept in this property all the time, only when I'm up north my son takes care of them.
