There are 2 bedrooms that you would have the use of. One is empty and the other has a double bed, bedside tables and chest of drawers however this room with furniture can be emptied if needed. Both rooms have built in wardrobes. Between the two bedrooms is the bathroom which is all yours to use. One room can be used as a bedroom and the other can be used for whatever you need office/storage/private retreat etc. The choice is yours.

About the occupants
I'm a Mum so you'll be sharing with myself and my son and a 16 year old Maltese Shitzu. I used to be a support worker but currently in the burnout faze but will return to that when I can.
Iam a spiritual person on a personal growth journey and enjoy talking about everything and anything. I try to live a healthy lifestyle as best as I can. Iam a caring, kind, intuitive and considerate person of other peoples needs and look for that in others. Iam respectful of other people needing space and privacy.
I can be social but also like my own space and like to listen to what my body needs and tells me. Open to making new respectful friendships but also very mindful of other people needing space too. I appreciate authentic, open honest communication which develops trust so everyone knows where they stand and to create a safe home environment. When sharing a home with others trust and safety is important.
My Son goes to a private school. He sometimes has sleepovers and spends time with family so not home all the time.
Occasionally we like social get togethers at home but this doesn't happen frequently. My son and I enjoy all things water and nature so that's beaching, bush walks and camping when we can. We also like having nibble platters and movie nights at home.

Looking for a FEMALE ONLY but will consider a couple who are relaxed and cruisey go with the flow type people who are respectful and clean. I enjoy down time during the day when my son is at school to fill my cup. We don't get many visitors and if we do they are females who pop in for a cuppa and catch up.
No daily drinkers/alcoholics or drug users. I don't mind the occasional drink myself but do not drink daily nor do I use drugs.

Description of pets
Our dog is 16 this year and is very excited to see people, enjoys a pat and attention. She is a inside and outside dog and when she wants her own space she'll remove herself especially if there is loud noises within the home. She is getting too old to jump up on the furniture. She sleeps in my son's room. She is a lovely dog.
