Hello! I am renting a room in a cosy well kept villa in Palmyra :)

About the place: There are 3 rooms (2 bedrooms, the third is currently being used as a study) and just myself living here at present (soon to be my cat, Otto!). There is a shared bathroom with separate toilet and an extra toilet in the laundry outside. There's a cute little well kept garden and courtyard out the back. The location is excellent, being only 5 minutes from Freemantle and not far from the city. Supermarket is just down the street and lots of public transport options nearby.

About me: I'm 31 and a full time working vet who recently located to Perth from Switzerland. I work mostly weekdays during regular hours and the odd weekend. I enjoy cooking and keeping fit. Keeping a tidy home is important :) I have a cat who will be joining from overseas soon- he is the sweetest boy!

About you: I am looking for a clean and respectful individual to share the space with. Ideally this would be someone that works or studies full time, enjoys a chat and occasional shared meal but also likes to do their own thing.

The rent is $320 pw including bills + internet to keep things simple
