We have one room available from 4 December in our beautiful Yarraville home. Couples welcome but not pets sorry (we have a cat!). Must be able to go on the lease.

About our home: Lovely light-filled duplex on two levels with living room, separate dining room, garage and courtyard. It's very spacious! We are several blocks away from Yarraville Village, which is super cute and has everything you may need, including train station.

Bond is split evenly (final amount will depend on how many people, around one month rent). Bills and internet are split evenly. If you are interested please send some info about yourself, including whether you work from home and how long you are wanting to live here for. Thanks so much :)

About the occupants
We are a couple in our early 30s. I work at a local community centre and am into yoga, cooking, getting out and about for walks and gigs. Nick works part time arvo/night in a warehouse. He plays and loves music and gaming, also loves learning and chatting about history. We are both very easy going and always up for a dinner/movie/games night. We have a very cute cat called Duke Ellington.
Compatible people
We are looking for someone/s who values communication and are up for an occasional meal together. Must be ok with cats and pats.😊

Duke Ellington is a one year old black&white cat. He is super cute, loves people and socialising. Loves pats at certain times, and to play pretty much anytime haha :D
