Awesomely set in a private alcove bordered by the waters of Stoney Creek and only 7kms from the CBD is our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home.
First floor is an open plan kitchen/meals/family room with reverse cycle heating/cooling and a gas log fire, full laundry and separate bathroom.
The bedroom is available, with mirrored BIRs and a main (shared) bathroom - $720 So cheap!
Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, private courtyard with garden shed and water tank and off street parking.
THE AREA:
We are close to West Footscray, Seddon and the awesome Yarraville bars and cafes.
A quick trip down to Williamstown beach on a hot day.
Close to public transport and close to the city!

I work Monday-Friday and have weekends to either enjoy a couple of drinks out, road trips or heading to a gig, oh and of course brunch on weekends. Also just added a new roomie - Sonny the Golden Retriever.
Nic works in demolition, loves music and a couple of drinks on the weekend. Easy going, and respectful of everyone’s space.
We keep it pretty low key during the week, by going to the gym and work, and then on weekends head out.
We totally understand if you want to chill in your room as we do the same from time to time but can also be very social - good mix.
There is plenty of room in the house to chill and also to be social.
