This is a beautiful, modern, well-maintained 2BR 2ensuite townhouse on Barkly Street Village in the heart of West Footscray, surrounded by great eateries, cafes, bars, a bookshop, parks, grocery stores and essential amenities - even yoga studios if this is your thing! It's accessible to public transport, walking distance to city bus stops and West Footscray station.
Room is unfurnished but living room furniture, laundry facilities and kitchen equipment are set up and available to share.
There is a lockup garage which will not be used as a car space but can be negotiated for some storage of stuff for occasional use, as I have business equipment, tools, other goods, archives and soft furnishings stored here already.
The townhouse has plenty of natural light and there is a balcony that is elevated to enjoy a sit-down in the sun and and some outdoor time, weather permitting.

I have a vegan diet and enjoy preparing meals from home but have shared successfully with non-vegetarian housemates.
I am currently working from home and so prefer to share with someone who works away from home, although there is enough space for accommodating another person with a similar work style. I work in the project management industry, working in projects in training and development, education and arts and I am also a qualified yoga instructor.
I am a sociable person but also enjoy solitude and privacy, happy to enjoy sit down meal together, outings and activities if common interests allow.
