Easy access to both tram lines and the train. As well as ample street parking and an array of furnished kitchen appliances. My cozy home is just me Amara, age 20 (she/her) and my gorgeous Persian kitty cat Padthai.

Padthai is the sweetest boy ever, he's a 2 year old Persian cat, indoor only. He loves attention, neck scratches, treats and laying in the sun. He is friendly with dogs and other cats.
