Description of the home

Recently renovated - New floors / curtains / paint / skirting / kitchen renovation / cabinetry etc.

The house has been segregated into 2 areas / living spaces. The front portion of the house is reserved for myself, this includes a study / bedroom / small kitchen / laundry living room etc. The aim here was to be out of yours and your roommates space as much as possible.

At the rear portion of the house, you have the kitchen pictured, a bathroom, toilet, laundry and 2 bedrooms. The bedrooms are 3.5x3m in size excluding the unusable space next to the door in the picture. They both have built in robes. These rooms will only be rented to individuals, so you will share this space with at most myself (very infrequently) + 1 other person.

Your access to the property will be via the garage roller doors(both motorised), which you will receive a remote for and the sliding door in the living room. You can also access the garage doors via your phone if preferred. Access is also available via the side gate + laundry door, however the garage is more convenient.

Property is in the Tarneit gardens pocket of Tarneit around 1km from the Woolworths on Tarneit Rd.

-Central heating and cooling (evaporative)
-Almost everything controlled via alexa / apps, I'll give you access so you can remotely control anything if you like, including access incase you lose your keys.
-CCTV (no cameras in the house of course), there's a screen in the kitchen for you to view.
-Off street parking, 1 space in the driveway and another in the front yard (gravel / rock).
-A fully equipped gym in a single garage sized shed outside. Includes: remote controlled heating / cooling, squat rack, bench press, leg press, pulley + attachments, assault / fan bike, treadmil, a few 100kgs of weights, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells etc. Equipment isn't amazing but it's convenient.
-Internet: Fibre to the premises, 500/50Mbps connection. Enterprise grade wifi distributed through entire house, backyard etc with no dead spots.

House rules:
-Must be okay with / like dogs as there'll be one in the house (there is a dog door between the segregated areas and another in the laundry for him to get out).
-No shoes in the house
-Clean up after yourself / keep the place clean and tidy

1/2 rooms are currently available. There is only a bed in this room, however if you require it removed or need it furnished I'll sort it out for you.

$250 *cash* per week all inclusive, bills internet etc etc.
