Hi there,

I have got a spare room available to rent for a single occupant. It's a 3 bedroom newly built house with modern lounge and dining area. Also, it's a fully furnished house equipped with all the latest appliances.

3 minute drive to local shopping centre and 15 mins drive to the train station. 8 minute walk to the nearest bus stop (if required).

Atleast one month notice to be provided before vacating the house.
Strictly no couples as the room is only for 1 person.

You would have your own private room but the bathroom will be shared between two people. You would get a comfortable and peaceful stay here :)

Bills and expenses

The monthly rent $960 and bond $1000 needs to be paid in advance. The bond will be fully refunded on the day of your moving out if there's no damage to the property and the appliances. The rent is inclusive of all bills.
Also, one month's notice is required before you vacate the room to get the full bond back.

Please note: cleaning your room and bathroom will be your responsibility which need to be thoroughly cleaned twice a month. If you're not able to spare time or do the cleaning by any chance, I can get it done from a professional which will cost you $50/month.
