Your bedroom overlooks a lush green setting. It features a large double wardrobe. There is a shared large bathroom with shower and bath, with a separate toilet. Bills include fast NBN Internet, gas, electricity, water, a monthly cleaner.

The house is fully furnished, I can also provide you with a queen bed and a very comfortable sleeping duck mattress if you need one, plus a tallboy. We share a large kitchen, with a large fridge, a large pantry and laundry. I have filled the house with beautiful plants it feels like living in a sanctuary, it is quiet and peaceful. Ducted heating throughout and a building that doesn't get very hot in summer.

Welcome to a happy house and sanctuary. I am looking for a roommate to share my beautiful apartment in a prime location in South Yarra. Everything is within walking distance, the Yarra is a short 5-minute stroll to your left and Toorak Rd to your right. Off-street parking a permit is available.

I am a Kinesiologist and work in Camberwell every day, I have a pug her name is Eva and she is usually with me through the day. I will also stay at my partner's house a few times a week. The lease is until February 2025 however, you can stay onwards to take over the lease on your own or with a new roomie if you prefer.

I am looking to share the house with a kind, easygoing person who is also working part time - full time.
