Situated a 10 min walk from Albert Park, <5 min walk to the Botanical gardens and <5 min walk to Faulkner park we are surrounded by beautiful nature and scenery.
Just a 2 min walk to Toorak rd/St. Kilda rd tram stop you can take a variety of trams and be in the city within 10 mins or a 20 min walk if you head past the shrine and through the gardens.
Our peaceful street is a no thru road with no car access from St. Kilda rd which reduces traffic drastically. The block in which the house is located has cafes, a convenience store, a medical centre, a pharmacy, restaurants and more!

Each month is $1,024 + bills, the bond is also $1,024. We are currently on a month to month lease.

Tom 30 - I work full time during the week and spend my free time hanging out with friends, listening to and making music as well as watching sports.
Jack 29 - Works in disability care typically Tuesday to Sunday and also loves listening to and creating music. Jack goes for lots of walks and has found plenty of great spots for sitting and reading or taking in local sport or nature.
