LOOKING TO TEAM UP AS HOUSE SEARCHERS / CO-LEASE HOLDERS
Hi everyone, I know we’re all feeling the challenges of the current housing market. I’m thinking it might be helpful to partner with someone to search for a place together and become co-lease holders.
A bit about me: I’m a laid-back, fun-loving, and responsible person who likes to keep things tidy and respectful.
I’m looking for someone who is similar to me: easy-going, mature, open-minded, and communicative. Someone who is happy to chat or hang out sometimes, but also respects each other’s privacy and space. I’m not into partying anymore, I prefer a chill vibe. I also don’t smoke and I’d rather not live with smokers.
In my free time, I like to visit friends, listen to and play music (nothing loud), read books (philosophy, politics and fantasy), watch comedy and sci-fi shows, and just have fun. I’m a bit of a nerd, but in a good way.
The areas I’m interested in are mainly the inner west (Seddon, Footscray, West Footscray, Sunshine).

-My budget is about $230 p/week, but could go to maximum $250 p/week if needed.
