The room size is 3.6*3.3. It has a big window where you can get sunlight during the day time. The room has king single bed/mattress, bed side table, lamp, hanger, drawer, shelve, desk with chair and mirror. Also for winter, I prepared electricity blanket and high warmth quilt as well.

The rent is 300 per a week. Internet pays monthly 40 each and water pays every 3 months split in 2 and electricity&gas pay together every month spilt in 2.

This house is traditional terrace house but the whole house got freshly painted just before I moved in.

- public transportation : This is the biggest reason I got this place as I don't have a car. 6 minutes walk to Middle footscray station and 10 minutes to Seddon station. And there are 223/411/412/414/947 buses in a few minutes.

- Grocery shopping : This is the second reason I picked this place. The footscray market is just take 13 minutes on walk. You can buy fresh meat, seafood and vegetables over there! Also there are local market, fruit and vegetables shop, food works right next to home in Seddon village. Take 10 minutes on walk to footscray plaza for Kmart and Coles.

- cafes and restaurants : The house located in a few minutes away to Seddon village. There are several restaurants and cafes, bakery you can go. It gives you several options such as Korean, Thai, Italian, Chinese and African. Also there are fish and chips shop and burger shop for cheeky night as well.
