You will have two rooms that are next to each other, giving you a space to sleep as well as another space for whatever you wish.
The rooms also both have built in wardrobes.
Rent is $550 a month and we are looking for someone to move in at the start of October.
The rooms have a view out to the garden and have lots of natural sunlight.
There is ducted heating throughout the house and both rooms have fans.

Our home is located close to Sassafras town and right next to Prosepina Bakery.
The closest station is Belgrave, which is an 8 minute drive or a 20-60minute bus ride.
We have an abundance of walking trails close by, with the 1000 steps only a short drive/long walk away.
The home has beautiful natural light throughout it, ducted heating, and ceiling fans.
There are two separate shared living spaces: dining room/kitchen and lounge room.
We have a large backyard with garden beds for those with a green thumb!
There is also a bath in our shared bathroom and a separate toilet.
We have a large front deck to relax on and lots of open space outside for picnics on the warmer days.
We have a rotating cleaning roster to keep the house clean and tidy for all of us to enjoy our home.

Olivia (she/her) 22yo - works as a barista studying kinesiology amongst other little hustles. You’ll find her in either studying, tampering with apothecary, or foraging for weeds.
Emily (she/her) 26yo - works in conservation and is our go-to for all plant questions. You’ll find Em on front or side deck having a cuppa and a good laugh. She loves a reality TV show, is always down for some friendly banter, and regularly bake treats for everyone.
Couple - Alex & Tanelle
Alex (he/him) 32yo - works as a teacher and dabbles in all sorts of hobbies including music, painting, reading, photography, or short series. An incredible cook who also loves to share.
Tanelle (she/her) 31yo - works in social work/mental health roles. Loves a yarn, playing with clay, vegging out on some TV, or unwinding with a cuppa.
Bonnie 🐶 (house pup) - 6 year old who will always greet you at the door and has fur as soft as a baby bunny. Loves being an only child (so no other dogs, sorry!)
