Home Description
Description of the home
Two generous sized rooms available in spacious four-bedroom weatherboard for someone who needs both a bedroom and a studio space.
You'll be sharing the house, which is situated in The Patch in the Dandenong Ranges, with one other person. The rooms include private bathroom, private deck and built in robes, with shared modern kitchen, living room, laundry, carport, shed, and large back deck.
The well-maintained house is situated near the end of a no-through gravel road on a large block with views to the mountain ridgeline and a garden that includes mature native trees, exotic trees, fruit trees, and garden beds, so the site is ideal if you enjoy nature, gardening, and peace and quiet.
You'll be living with a writer/art curator, i.e., me, and my Siamese cat. I work in the arts industry and I enjoy bush walking in the surrounding forests, hills running, reading good literature, art exhibitions, cooking asian style food, and restoring Japanese furniture.
If you're creative, have a stable income, enjoy nature, and are looking for additional space to live and grow, this may well be the perfect place for you.
