We are looking for another one who is sharing with us in a new beautiful refurbished room. This new flatmate should ideally work on day shift as many of us in the PM one.

The people staying here are professional, quiet, respectful and non-smokers

I have an IT background and currently working fulltime as production manager in the PM shift which normally finish late at night. If you work day shift, you probably don’t see me much. My nephew are student and also working

We need someone are clean, tidy, polite and respect others same as us to share the rooms

We are friendly and if you would like to enjoy the charcoal BBQ at weekend together we do it occasionally too
Normally 2 people will be sharing a fridge (currently have 2 and a extra freezer in the garage as well)

All bills are included in the rent with high speed NBN internet

Rent $300/week for single and $380/week for two
Sorry we have problems with dogs beforehand and NO TO PET please

4. The house was on a quiet street and nice neighbours. You’ll be living with tidy and respectful people. Plenty of car parking inside the yard and off street parking too. Nice landscape for the good view and garden patches for veggies growers
