* This is fully furnished 3 bedrooms townhouse next right to the lake, quite area and beautiful environments.
* This room for one person only $220.-/Week Plus bills. You will receive original bill, and the bill will share with people in the house.
* Bond $500
* 1-week advance payment and weekly payment.
* Minimum 6 months stay
* 1 month notice must be given if moving out.
* 15 minutes' walk to Roxburgh Park shopping Centre, public transport and train station.
* 2-3 minutes' walk to bus stop
* 55' TV at living room and all bedrooms have TV
* Ducted Heating available, no air condition but provided the fan
* You can exercise, walk, joking, ride a bicycle, fishing or picnic around the lake at any time.
* There are 2 guys in 2 separate rooms already, both are working full time. There will be only 3 people in this house including yourself.
* We're looking for someone study and working, or working full time, and who will keep the place clean and tidy, also respect other people privacy.
