About the occupants
I went through a divorce earlier April this year. I was living alone for a while. However now, I would like to split the housing bills.

I am looking for someone who is clean and respectful. I have been living here for more than a year (2nd contract just started). To be honest, it's the best place and location I have lived in terms of quality of life.

I am 38 years old, pescatarian, working most of the days and evenings in 2 jobs (as an engineer in a factory and also as casual teacher/lecturer at colleges/universities). I enjoy visit/play time with my child, latin dance and running at the beach with the local club I am one of the organisers. Furthermore, I am a really easy-going hard working Brazilian-Australian.

Our unit is Beachfront, at Parkdale/Mordialloc Beach! Absolutely amazing location and also close to Main Street Mordialloc with all the cafes, restaurants, stores, markets, etc.

At any time you can see people passing by cycling, running or walking with a dog or a cup of coffee. The environment is sensational. Come to do an inspection, you will love the place and location as well.
