Welcome to your new home!
THE HOUSE:
This absolutely stunning weatherboard home is nestled in a lovely neighbourhood street just minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Mentone, Parkdale and Mordialloc!
Its a massive 3 bedroom home with living spaces galore, featuring two separate huge living spaces, both with fireplaces in them, the a massive kitchen/dining area with plenty of benchtop space for cooking up a feast. There is one central bathroom, a separate toilet and a shower located within the laundry. But the charm doesn't stop there, outside we have a delightful deck which catches the morning sun for you to enjoy your daily coffee on, as well as a large double garage for storage, gym or whatever your hearts desire!
We've also created a little music/chill space in the back living room, complete with record player and piano to boot (extra points if you know how to play!)
We are located across the road from a beautiful park to ensure you’ve got all the open space and greenery you could need, AND, Mordialloc and Mentone beaches are less than 2km away for an early morning swim or catching the sunset across the bay!

Nick is his early 30s and loves to stay active with morning pilates or a long walk, he is currently studying a Master of OT whilst working in Local Government on the side. A self-confessed coffee addict, Nick loves to spend his time watching sport, cooking, hanging with friends or making art 🎨
Dom is also in his early 30s and has a knack for telling appallingly terrible dad jokes. When not tending to his bonsai trees, Dom enjoys laying low around the house or watching the waves down at the beach (Corny we know!)
Dom works in research, which is primarily WFH but involves travelling interstate.
About you:
We would love someone who is clean, friendly, up for a chat and want to contribute to making this a home. We're not too picky on guy, girl or non-binary, or what your work looks like, but must be able to pay the bills/rent on time (can has enough resilience to handle Doms poor humour)
