Description of the home

I have a room available in my cosy 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms apartment in Notting Hill. It's located close to monash uni Clayton. There's also a bus stop just in front of the building and also a small convenience shop at the entrance. There's also M-city shopping centre and Pinewood shopping centre which are easily accessible by PTV.
The room is unfurnished and it can fit a double/queen bed and a desk. It has built in robes and large windows which gives access to the balcony. You will also have access to your own bathroom.
The building also has a communal gym which you can access at any time. There's also bbq on the roof top.
The house is semi-furnished so if you have furniture, you're most welcome to bring it. Bonus points if you have a washing machine/TV.

About me:
I'm in my 20s working full time as an analyst. In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym, boxing, going hiking or for a swim during warm days. I also enjoy baking so you'll be getting some treats.

About you:
I am looking for someone ideally in their 20s(female preferred) who's working full-time and is able to pay the bills and rent on time. (No couples,sorry) Preferably looking to stay for minimum 6 months. The house is kept clean and tidy, so ideally looking for someone who is able to contribute to household chores. This is not a party house but you're welcome to have gatherings every now and then.

The nitty-gritty:
Move in date is on the 10th September. Rent is $1240 per month and bond is 1 month rent. Lease transfer fee is $150
Bills(water, internet, electricity) are not included in the rent and will be split evenly. It usually comes down to $80-100 per person per month.
There is parking available in front of the building or on the side street but it gets packed often.
Inspections are welcome!
