The house is fully furnished and ready for immediate occupation.

It is 20 mins walk to Monash University campus center, or a 10 mins bus ride with the bus stop less than 5 mins walk. There is also buses to nearby supermarkets, clinics, cinema and gyms. There is also space for a vehicle if there's a need.
There is plenty of shared living space, the living room has a set of ready comfortable sofa and a projector to stream shows. The kitchen has a gas stove and there all the utensils ready to prepare a meal or if you prefer you can bring your own. As for laundry, there is a washing machine and plenty of space to dry the laundry.
