We are listing a private area for rent, which fetaures: a spacious bedroom with wardrobes, newly renovated private bathroom and toilet, private sunroom which can be used as living or study space. As well as a private enterance. This house includes a shared kitchen and dining space aswell as a European laundry. We have huge lemon and orange trees in the back yard.
We are right next to two parks and a 10 min walk from Moorabbin Station and Woolworths. Bus stops near the home to Monash Uni. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area.

- No execcsive noise after 10pm on weekdays
- You're welcome to have people over, as long as you give us a heads up and clean up after yourselves.
