We are peace-loving and respectful people, always remembering that others would love to be treated in the same we we'd like to be treated ourselves. We provide affordable and safe, executive accommodation for working professionals.

We rent to working professionals or tenants (singles & couples) with stable incomes, and with clean tenancy records. We don't mind students if they have stable income, and couples who can live peaceably with others.

We are not party people, enjoying some peace and quiet every other day, but warm up over a coffee or tea to touch and share lives once in a while. We are a professional and licensed Rooming House Operator.

All our residents are interviewed to find out if the house is a good fit for them and if they will bring a great communal vibe to the house. We look for considerate, respectful people who treat their the house as their own, who clean up after themselves and make great friends.

Our houses are non-smoking, non-binge drinking, non-drugs houses and we do not tolerate violence or disrespect. We have one visitor policies for each room, and non stay overs, to protect the privacy and peace of paying residents.
