Hi!
✨We are looking for another housemate in Macleod✨
💲$220 rent/per week, including bills.
8 minute walk from Macleod station 🚂, 6 minute walk from Macleod shops🛍 and 15 minute walk from Watsonia shops/station/library🛍️.
10 minute drive and 30 minute PT (561 bus) to Latrobe uni 🎓.
The house is fully furnished with 4 bedrooms, a big garden ☘️ and plenty of outdoor hangout spaces, laundry with a washer and dryer, air conditioner, central heating and one bathroom (toilet separate).
Room itself is very spacious 3.8 x3.5 m with a built-in wardrobe and view of the garden.
Pet friendly 🐈‍⬛🐱🐾 we have a cat named (lovely) Rita.
Your housemates will be Abi (21, she/her), Michael (25, he/him) AND Michael’s 10 month old son, Casper👶, who is with us Thursday to Sunday.
We are friends, both studying and working, passionate about exercise, learning and love to yap!
We are looking for someone in their 20s (flexible tho) who cares about keeping a warm, inviting energy in our home. We like to be friends in this household but also respect each other's downtime.
Ideally looking for someone to move in as soon as possible their first month of rent would begin September 14. 🦕
