A room will soon be available in a modern 3 bedroom townhouse on Blackwood Parade in Heidelberg West.

Location is great. It’s a 3 minute walk to bus stops taking you to the city and nearby trains stations as well as a short walk to Aldi, Chemist Warehouse and other shops. Northland Shopping Centre is a 2 minute drive away and the Austin Hospital is 5 mins away.

The townhouse is fully furnished including an 85inch TV and surround sound system – great for gaming and movies if that’s your thing.

You don’t need to provide anything other than your bedroom furniture.

The bedroom available is a good size and has built in robes and air conditioning. It is unfurnished but I can provide a bedside table and lamp (see pics 3-4). You can easily fit a queen bed, bed side tables, a desk and chair (see pic 2 for reference – but furniture not included).

There is one bathroom/toilet upstairs that we’ll share and a second toilet downstairs.

I have a 9-month-old Pomeranian named Bailey. She’s an absolute joy to be around and will undoubtedly brighten up your day.

There is a small courtyard out the back with doggy door access. Dogs are welcome so long as they are not aggressive and house trained – would be good to find a new buddy for Bailey. I can only accept male dogs if they are desexed.

Off-street parking (driveway) is available as well as plenty of street parking.

I can also organise an earlier move-in date if need be (earlier than 27 October 2024)

Bills and expenses

All bills are included in the rent such as electricity, gas, water and unlimited high speed internet. Also includes toilet paper and all cleaning products.
