I have a room available in this spacious Fitzroy North apartment! It is furnished (doesn't have to be), has a walk-in robe, and a balcony! The 2br apartment is between Fitzroy Pools and Edinburgh Gardens, 10 mins from CBD, on the 11 tram line.

The apartment is really nice, it has a new bathroom and laundry, wooden floorboards, lots of storage, great neighbours, big open plan kitchen/living room, AC, street parking and a separate office/dining room.

You’ll be living with me (mid 30s), filmmaker/producer working across performing arts and film, and Ghost the cat (5yo rescue, very chill). I travel, go out a bit and love to cook. I’m WFH a couple of days a week. Looking to live with someone independent, considerate and clean, LGBTQIA+ friendly.

The room is $330 per week, plus internet+electricity. Available from now onwards, looking for someone long-term.

I work in the film and the arts industry, spend a fair bit of time out socialising, but love my home time, especially cooking and watching bad tv. I sometimes travel for work, so would love to live with someone who'd be ok taking care of Ghost while I'm gone.
