Description of the home

Huge room in massive grand old home. Modern kitchen/bathroom, mega high ceilings, double garage, big garden, lots of living areas. Centralised heating, air con, fireplace, 3 toilets.
No parking restrictions, just off Sydney Rd on a tree-lined street at south end of Coburg.

We’ve recently signed a 12 month lease and are looking for 1 more person to be part of a big, friendly, communicative share house. A respectful, supportive abode where we pool our personalities and furnishings.

How we live and what we value:
- Clean, tidy, relatively uncluttery but not stressy about it
- Care about our home and garden
- Grow food when the space allows, separate rubbish, buy second hand

- We like to have friends and family over sometimes for meals and hangs

- Communal setup - home keeping, consensus based decision making
- Being good at (or striving to be) respectful and open communication, negotiation and compromise
- Transparency in house-related money matters

Admin things:
- 1 month bond and 1 month rent in advance
- You will need to be approved to go onto the lease - $120 fee for this
- Bills (electricity, gas, internet, water, cleaner) divided evenly.
