It’s a three level townhouse, so you will be sharing a bathroom with only one other person and have plenty of privacy.
Your room is on the second floor, it fills with sunshine in the morning. The room can be with a bed and desk - however if you have your own, we are happy to take them away- is big enough to fit a queen bed, side tables, desk, draws etc. It also has a built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage.
Looking for someone that’s NEAT and TIDY and willing to take their part, ideally vego or vegan, or willing to not eat meat in the house. We don’t want any racist vibe either✌🏽

Sadly our beloved housemate is moving to QLD so we are looking for a new addition to our leafy home in East Coburg.
The property is off Nicholson street ! We are close to trams number 1 & 6, IGA, bars, restaurants and parks.
