The house has a big lounge room with big smart tv with every streaming service you can think of (bar Apple TV 🍎).
There’s hardwood floors and tiling throughout.
There is a HUGE open living/dining area at the back with heaps of beautiful light - opening up to a really cute little backyard, complete with a veggie garden (that could thrive with a green thumb’s attention 🌽)
The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, gas cooking, huge fridge, appliances and nearly every kitchen amenity you can think of.
There is a European laundry with washer and dryer, a big bathroom with a huge tub and double sinks. The toilet is separate, which works very well in a shared space!
The house has air conditioning and central heating. It stays nice and cool in the summer ❄️
There is room enough in the house for any furniture you may have that you’d like to bring with you - we can move things around and see what works.

The house is a five minute walk from Sydney road and the 19 tram. It’s two blocks from Coburg train station.
There is a huge Woolworths, chemist, Dan Murphy’s, Coles, Post Office - all within a 5 min walk.

There is plenty of very safe street parking.
We have a cute park on the street behind us.
I am open to pets - we’ve had dogs and cats and turtles in the house over the years. It’s very safe for little furry friends, and the hardwood and tile make it very easy to clean up after them.
I have a Costco membership- so TP, washing detergent, copious amounts of anything - all attainable at low low prices haha.
You will be signing a 12 month lease, beginning on the 23rd on October.

The rent is paid per calendar month. The room will be $914 per calendar month per person ($1828 for the room, which works out to roughly $210 per week per person).
Included in that rent price is a gardener/landscaper who comes every 2-3 weeks to maintain the lawns and hedges etc.
This pricing is based on the third bedroom being a shared space. If you would like to take over primary use of the spare bedroom for your office or studio etc, we can renegotiate the rental amount, and you can maintain full occupancy of that room.
Utilities are separate and split per person (3 ways).
We currently have a cleaner who comes every fortnight. She is very affordable and does a great job of deep cleaning the kitchen, bathroom and shared spaces.

If you’d like to come and check the place out, it will be available to inspect from the 28th of September onwards.
