One large room, additional smaller room and your own bathroom are available. Woman preferred.

This could suit someone who is interested in having a private home office / lounge area and separate bedroom. Both rooms have built in wardrobes, wall air conditioning / heating units and are unfurnished.

Beautiful parts of Merri Creek and Edgar Creek parklands are just a short walk away. Quiet peaceful area.

Shared kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas cooking, dining area, lounge room area, outdoor courtyard, indoor and outdoor plants, and European laundry.

You will be sharing with one kind, respectful male. Hi, my name is Stefan. I am also renting here. I work three days a week, Wednesday to Friday, supporting a young man with disabilities, I teach personal, spiritual development, and I am also a filmmaker and facilitator. I have interests in, online course creation, music production (using headphones), yoga, dance, nature and meditation. On one or two afternoons a week, usually Mondays and Tuesdays, I do some filming and guided meditation recordings at home.

I am an independent person, however I am also open to sharing time together if that develops naturally.

Together with you I like to keep the place clean and tidy, especially the kitchen and shared areas.

The house and I would like to welcome a respectful, responsible, mature, aware, conscious person. Woman preferred.

We have access to the Manna Gum apartments swimming pool, and on warmer days the Coburg Olympic Pool is open and is a short walk away.

Public transport is nearby. Batman train station is about a 20 min walk. The tram stop on the corner of Nicholson and Bell Street is about a 10 min walk. Trams on Sydney road are about a 15 minute walk away. Great bike paths along Merri Creek are also very close by.

Also within short walking distance are good cafés and the new Pentridge shops including an IGA and Palace Cinemas.

We also have a fast reliable FTTC internet connection.

The rooms are for one person only, no couples or pets thank you.

The rent is $250 per week for your two rooms, your own bathroom and shared living spaces, not including Internet and bills. (The rent here has not changed for many years, there is a possibility of a rent increase early 2025).
