One bedroom available in a charming two bedroom villa in Coburg with beautiful wooden floor boards, a lounge with spacious, comfortable couch, a large and well-appointed kitchen with dishwasher, shared bathroom, covered deck and courtyard. Split system in the living area and both bedrooms.

Studio available for your use at the back of the property!

The house is in a picturesque neighbourhood and a short walk/bike/drive to the supermarket/liquor store/pharmacy on Munro Street. Coburg station and Sydney Road are 15 minute walk/5 minute bike away. Ample car parking on street.

Currently on a 12 month lease until 08/12/25. You will go on the lease, the transfer fee is $275 including GST which will be split between you and the outgoing tenant evenly. The owners of the property apparently live overseas permanently so it is likely that they will want to keep extending the lease by 12 months at a time, although I can't guarantee this.

I am planning on moving out within the next few months, and I will be taking most of the furniture and appliances with me, so keep that in mind!

Bills and expenses

Electricity, gas, water, Internet split evenly, about $35/week. Current system is transferring a set amount per week on top of bills into the shared account and bills are deducted automatically. Keen to keep the system going as it's fuss free!
