This apartment is ideal for a student, it is 20 minutes away from Monash Uni by public transport and 4 mins by car.
Clayton Road is full of what feels like unlimited choices in food.
There is a library which is only a 10 minute walk away and also the same with Coles and Chemist Warehouse. You know you’ll be in safe hands as there are numerous medical practices in the area located within 5 minute drive, including Monash Hospital.
There is a gym that is accessible to all tenants, and there is a rooftop courtyard with a barbecue which is available to all tenants as well.
At the moment everything but what would be your bedroom is furnished, but please feel free to bring in your own things.
