I'm looking for a respectful and reliable single or couple to share the house with my 20yr and 18yr old daughters.

You will have the entire house to yourself most of the time other than sharing the kitchen and living area, as she works full-time and also stays with her boyfriend regularly

We are located in a quiet residential street, close a fantastic park/wetlands at Namatjira Park.

Less than 2min walk to buses which go to Clayton Station.

Approx 10min walk to Clayton Station and Shops.

10mins bus to Monash University Clayton.

5mins bus to Monash Hospital Clayton.

The house has a spacious open plan kitchen and living area and has a separate toilet with a separate bathroom with a huge shower!

The backyard has a patio are at your disposal and furniture and a BBQ.

The house will be shared with my daughters who are 20yrs and 18yrs old. I'm trying to find a reliable, similar age person to share with them.

I live in QLD and visit Melbourne for 3-5 days every 1-2 months.

About the occupants
Aaliyah is my daughter, she is 20 and lives at home. She works full-time and has a boyfriend who also stays over regularly.

Katelyn is also my daughter, she is 18 and lives at the house as well. She works part-time and has a boyfriend who often stays over as well.

I'm Lloyd, I live in Cairns Northern Beaches and will be coming back to see my daughters every 1-2 months for 3-5 days for the next 12-18 months. I work from home as a Sales Consultant for Just Switch and I am also a Travel Advisor.

Winnie and Blaze are two very friendly and funny indoor cats. They love cuddles and playing around. If you dont want them to come into your room and hang out, you will need to keep your bedroom door closed. Just in case you are allergic or don't like cat hair on your bed, etc.
