Home Description

Description of the home

Step off the busy street and into our inner city oasis of calm and creativity. This surprisingly big house is a haven we call home.

Lovely neighborhood, a fledgling veggie patch, deep divine bathtub, creatively decorated, and ready for a new housemate.

It's carpeted and quiet. Bigger in person!

You'll be sharing this huge art deco home with 2 women late 20s- late 30s. This palace is so big it's practically like having your own apartment (with paved backyard)! The kitchen is sometimes filled with music and has all mod cons including cooking with gas, and a tea shelf. The couch in the kitchen is a much favoured chill spot. The lounge has a quiet relaxing vibe - has nice morning light. It's more of a meditation and music space with enough room for and stretching and/or curling up with a book. No TV at the moment - I'm not opposed to one though. Happy to re-arrange things to accommodate your art/ some furniture as well as your bits'n'bobs!

Within walking/riding distance to everything including all the happening hangouts, venues, parks and on trend-cafes... this location is great for someone that loves what the inner north and CBD has to offer. It's all here on our doorstep - including multiple parks, oodles of Public Transport options and the Queen Victoria market.

About the occupants
China is a late 30s artist and student. Loves cooking, and catching up on reading with a yummy cup of tea. A planet loving carnivore making ethical choices in life where possible. Can be found singing in the kitchen or reading in the lounge. Love a good conversation about most things and enjoy a mix of sharing a cuppa and doing my own things-very independent individual.

Sachhi is a Japanese woman in her mid 20’s who’s on her working holiday working retail in Fitzroy. She’s independent, but open to hanging out and exploring Melbourne.

We are both very relaxed and open minded. We value sustainability and ethical life choices. We are both at times up for an adventure outside the home
Compatible people
You're ideally mature, a caring and spatially aware individual, who has their feet on the ground and is financially stable. Mindful, positive outlook, inclusive, ethically minded.

Message me a bit about your situation and please include some fun facts about yourself!

Looking forward to the future...
