2 bedroom, 1 Bathroom top floor apartment on Lygon Street, Carlton North.
Park, coffee, pool and library on Rathdowne Street are ridiculously close. Honestly the best part of Melbourne
Located at the rear of the apartment complex, the apartment is fairly quiet. Great light into living areas and bedrooms.
Small balcony that I am sourcing furniture to make it comfortable!
Parking permit (street) available.
Fully furnished apartment and not a lot of space for extra furniture so just looking for you!
Disclosure I own this apartment so take a lot of pride in my home and belongings. Photos are from when it was apartment was listed for sale, looks different (better) now and just trying to preserve some form of privacy online these days. Can give you a video tour.
Rent is $500 a week for short term stays, inclusive of bills. Open to longer term stays and can discuss rent and bills breakdown

I’m Chloe! I love to cook so I have a well set up kitchen. Very social so often out with friends and family.
I work for an engineering company in urban planning and water. I love my job and have a healthy work life balance. I am trying to work from home less so keen for someone who also goes into the office/workplace.
Typically lay low during the weeks (exercise, cook dinner, bed reasonable hour (9-10pm) and then out and about on the weekends.
Ideally between 28-36 working full time, ideally in the office most days. Accepting students between this age if you have work or PhD research.
Kind, considerate and open communicator all standard housemate requirements.
Knows how to stack and unstack a dishwasher, clean a toilet bowl when required and happy to share a laugh, conversation and meal/drink when home together!
