Description of the home
***We have an outdoor toilet (if you can handle this please read on 😂)*** Due to the house being sold, we are on a month to month lease. The new owners have advised they will not be looking to take over until at least the end of 2025. The house would ideally suit someone looking for a 6+ month stay and with their own bedroom furniture.
Quirky double story, long terrace in the heart of Fitzroy. The house is showing it’s years but we try to keep it clean and tidy, organised and functional. As you can see in the photos, there are some storage rooms and the bathroom and laundry are in between. The living room is currently a multi purpose room but open to it being used as an actual living room if you have furniture.
We have a courtyard which is great in Spring and Summer if you like a sunny spot to eat/drink etc.
The house is a two minute walk to Nicholson st trams and Carlton Gardens, Melbourne Museum and only a few minutes to Brunswick st, 15 min walk to the City and close to everything great about Fitzroy.
The garden is a small mix of garden and house space, clothesline etc. The house has a great mixture of indoor and outdoor spaces that makes the space work fairly well for everyone.

Bills and expenses
All bills are split evenly between 4 people. Gas, water, electricity and nbn. Household items are also bought in bulk, cleaning supplies, toilet paper etc and split to make things easy.

Ben, 42 - Hi, I work at one of the hospitals up the road in the glamorous world of Medical Records, but other than that I enjoy making music and art, buying and not reading books, going to local gigs and frying tofu and broccolini in garlic. Big fan of recharging social battery in my room, but also love sharing a drink and a yarn in the back yard.
