The place is a roomy & modern, ground floor pad in a low-rise complex + is walking distance to public transport (trains & trams), Queen Vic Market, the CBD, Carlton Gardens & Lygon St - the home of gelati, gnocchi & garlic bread. It has stacks of natural light, a decent size courtyard at the front of property with a bbq. The place backs onto a nice vibey garden shared by the complex too.

It is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom pad w/ a shower over the bathtub / relaxation station (+ European laundry inc. washer + dryer). Living with meee

A v tidy and chill 29 y/o guy working permanently, full time as an Advertising Film Producer at an alc company in their internal creative agency (yes the job comes with a lottt of free drinks for the household).

I like spending time at the beach, pretty into outdoorsy stuff/camping, board sports & take good care of my indoor plants. Grew up on a hobby farm in Victoria’s south east and love animals. Have lived in share houses previously (up to 4x ppl at a time & co-ed).

On the weekends I like to get out to a gig, hang with mates, walk the doggo, love a road trip, play a bit of mixed Pub Footy and don’t mind a strum of the guitar myself

FYI - I’m paying a larger share of the rent ($368 p/w) as have snapped up the room with a door to an adjoining private courtyard for the doggo + have decked out the bulk of the place with my furniture
