A large (3.4x3.6m) private bedroom is available in a two-bedroom apartment in a gated community. It easily fits a queen bed, desk, and bedside drawer with room to spare. The apartment is furnished, minus the bedroom on offer.
Excellently located on a quiet lane off Lygon Street. A 5min walk from Melbourne Uni. Lygon Court (Woolworths, Aus Post, pharmacy) is down the road. 20min walk/10min tram to the CBD, Princes Park is nearby and amazing in summer.
I am looking for someone mid 20s - mid 30s who has experience living with flatmates (i.e., they clean up after themselves). Ideally someone long term (6 months+)
Guests are welcome, but this definitely isn't a party house.
STRICTLY NO Smokers, Vapers, or Drug Users. Not interested in couples either. Pets are welcome, but the apartment isn't suited for large dogs.
Not confirmed, but the rent is expected to increase in November (roughly an extra $20-30 per week)

My hobbies include Latin dance, Muay Thai, running, reading, video games, and fitness. I'll be out a few nights a week. I live a very clean, active lifestyle.
I usually cook my own food, but I'm always down for an UberEats and movie night here or there. I'm also open for chats, but I need time to wind down.
I value a drama-free/stress-free home. As long as you clean up after yourself and are respectful of space/noise, we'll get along fine. I'm a very direct communicator, so I'll openly raise any concerns and appreciate the same vice versa.
