Hi,
I am moving out since I am away travelling long term so I’m looking for someone to take over this room for me.

Location: You’ll be a 1-minute walk from the 1 and 6 tram line which is 2 stops from Melbourne Uni and 15 minutes into the city. There’s a convenience store 1 minute away and Woolies 10 minutes by foot. On Lygon st so there’s easy access to restaurants, Nova, readings and all the good stuff Carlton has to offer.

THE HOUSE: Has 3 bedrooms, kitchen and living room, 1.5 bathrooms. Has a washing machine. House is fully furnished, but feel free to bring whatever you want as things can be moved.

THE ROOM: The room comes furnished with a twin bed, drawers, desk and chair. There’s enough room for me to store my bicycle in the room and you’re able to rearrange and add anything you want to make the room yours. The room has an east facing window so you get the nice morning sun. Photos included

ABOUT YOU: Ideally looking for someone who can stay a minimum of 6 months. Not a party household, but happy to socialise and have a couple drinks. You will be living with 2 other guys one in his 40’s and one in his 20’s but we all get along well. Schedules look pretty different so there’s rarely any clashes with the bathroom etc. Smoking outside and 420 friendly.
