I'm Aaron, I recently bought my own place and looking for someone new to rent the unfurnished master bedroom (En suite).
The en suite master bedroom is spacious and has ample storage space, with a separate exit to the porch.
Great location in the heart of Brunswick East, close enough to the two main streets (Lygon and Nicholson), but far enough that its a pretty quiet building. 6 min walk to tram stops and to the shops (cafes and supermarket).
Street has no parking restrictions so if you have a car that won’t be a problem, and there's always a spot!
The rent is $330 per week (split bills not included). Looking for at least 6 months plus, ideally long term. Available from now.
Looking for someone who’s looking for a home not a sharehouse.
I have an 8 year old dog (Teddy the Cavoodle), so dog lovers are welcomed!

I've recently turned 31, working full time as an economist (WFH about twice a week), pretty chill. Grew up in Singapore but have been in Melbourne for more than 10 years
In my free time, I enjoy cooking/baking, reading (if i have the time), chilling watching movies/tv, exploring Melbourne in general and going to craft markets. Always open for a chat and a cuppa/cheeky bevy. I’d love to find someone who is down to hang out and some good couch time, but also respect each other’s down time.

Students/young professionals who are clean in their 20s and 30s. Open to any gender. I really just love to keep the space clean and respectful. Ideally, you’d be on a similar schedule (i.e working during the week), and generally prefer keeping things quiet on weeknights

Unfortunately Teddy likes being an only child so no other dogs/cats, unless they miraculously get along with Teddy.
