Looking for a place to call home? We’re Hannah, Steph, and Toby (Hannah’s gentle 17-year-old dog), and we’re on the hunt for a like-minded housemate to join us in our cozy sanctuary.

About Us:
• Hannah is a musician who works from home full-time, except when she’s off on musical adventures. She loves tending to the garden, tinkering on the piano, and lino printing.
• Steph works in employment services and is passionate about health and fitness. She enjoys exercise (sometimes organizing house workouts in our back area) and has a fish tank filled with her beloved aquatic companions.
• Toby, our adorable senior dog, spends most of his time snoozing but perks up with great interest whenever anyone’s cooking.

We treat our home as a sanctuary—a place to relax, recharge, and feel at ease. We value cleanliness and take pride in keeping the house tidy and well-maintained. We’re warm and friendly, enjoying a chat and like to maintain a calm, peaceful atmosphere. We cook our own meals but sometimes enjoy a house dinner together.

About You:
We’re looking for someone who:
• Is tidy, considerate, and shares our commitment to keeping the house clean and organized including the gardening.
• Appreciates a harmonious, friendly, and relaxed living environment.
• Has a similar lifestyle (we are not a party house, more like a dinner and scrabble)

The House:
A spacious 70’s-style Italian home that’s already fully set up with furniture in the common areas. The available room is unfurnished, giving you the opportunity to make it your own. You’ll also have your own private bathroom and toilet, adding extra convenience and comfort.

The house is in an excellent location, close to restaurants and public transport, with plenty of room to unwind, a lovely garden, and a welcoming vibe that makes it feel like home.
