The property is located on the Brighton foreshore and has views of the beach. The beach is across the esplanade (road). There are train stations which are approximately 25mins walk and there is a strip of cafes, restaurants and shops just 10mins walk. There are also cafes along the beach in both directions. It’s about 30min train ride to the CBD.
The place has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and two living areas with an open plan kitchen.
Room has a private bathroom with shower and can be provided furnished or non-furnished.
Strong preference for a female room mate. Any age is appropriate subject to some checks.
