Welcome to your dream oasis! Near the beach and Elsternwick Park and canals the home has a welcoming back yard which boasts privacy and seclusion.
I am a single professional in my early 50s who values personal development, growth and nurturing. I am after someone who is positive and easy to live with. Where we can enjoy each others company yet still respect the other persons boundaries. I am only want to share with one other person.
The room is very large and has a queen bed, wardrobe and lounge in it. The house is fully furnished with a huge 75 inch TV. You must love dogs - as I have a very spoilt golden retreiver who is very well behaved and doesn't mind the odd pat.
