The bedroom is furnished with a bed and a desk. However I can furnish it with a wardrobe or cabinet. The kitchen is fully furnished and can be used for your cooking needs. There is an additional fridge that can be used. There is a huge back yard and if you have a dog, he/she would probably love it there. I'm sorry but unfortunately i can't accommodate cat owners as I have a 5 year old son who can be allergic to the Cat's fur.
I do have some board games and a rack of books(More of Spiritual books/Christian) that you're welcome to use. There is a large tv in the room but not the best quality. And it can only be connected through chromecast.

About the occupants
I live alone for half a fortnight but work at nights and sometimes even during the day so the house will be pretty much empty. The other half of the fortnight my son will be staying with me. Weekends I'll be out bringing my son for lessons, church and bible study. I'm into music So I have some Guitars around snd you're welcome to use it. TV is a smasrt tv but not connected to cable as I do not use much other than ehe my son watched on youtube. There's an x-box available too.
Compatible people
Prefer someone who is easy-going. I'm not too fussy. The days when my son is staying over i would prefer if the noise level is kept down as I try to get him to bed early. I do have worship/bible study session at times. Other than that you're welcome to use any of the ammenities in the house.
