The house is close to Sunshine train station/10 different bus routes stops (8 minutes walking distance), sunshine shopping center, library, gyms, banks, post office and grocery shops.
Bedroom is furnished with a single bed, study table, study chair, wardrobe, washing machine, cooking ware plates and bowls.
It takes 20-25 minutes from Sunshine to Melbourne CBD by train. You will share the house with me, a female professional and my partner a RMIT Uni Phd student and a female bachelor student.
House Rules: No smoking, please keep noise to a moderate level from 8:30 pm to 7:30am.
