Location/transportation

The closest train station is Laburnum station right after Box Hill station, which takes 15 minutes walking distance. Bus stop is located 3 minutes away from the house for 279 and 303 lines. Takes 10 minutes by walk to Blackburn Square mall. City takes 20 minutes by car through M3 highway.

The house
The house is very spacious, 450m2 in total.

The bedroom
The guest bedroom you will stay will have ensuite and walk in robe. In total, you will have 4m x 5.2m (21m2) space with very spacious living room downstairs with amazing alfresco area. The room has plantation shutters blind.

Heating/cooling
We have hydronic heating panel for each room for heating. The best heating method. We have a reverse cycle cooling with a zoning system (upstairs and downstairs).

Furniture
We have walk in robe furniture, queen size bed with two storage boxes below the bed, bedside tables and a free-standing mirror.

Kitchen
You will have a fridge (400L capacity) sharing with the other two tenants. It is spacious to use. We have Butler’s pantry so there will be two sinks with 5 stove gas cooktops with an oven. This will be enough to support you to cook.

Price
It is a fixed $400 per week ($450 for a couple) with 4 weeks bond. Internet will be unlimited (NBN with free Netflix subscription) and you will have your own key for your room and the front door. All bills will be shared with us.

Backyard
Currently constructing a fireplace at the backyard. Natural turf will be laid.

Lifestyle
Smoking is not allowed, and we are looking for someone who has a peaceful lifestyle. Keeping the house tidy and clean is very important to us. Loud music is not allowed.
