Balwyn is a leafty refined suburb and safe place to live in.
With beautiful parks and lovely walking trails and cycling tracks. There's also a swimming centre close by with a heated outdoor pool, and many gyms to choose from. Balwyn has a great modern library and an amazing balwyn cinema.
With a quaint shopping strip with super markets in the surrounded area, there is also an organic super market located on white horse road, belmore road has a local fruit and vegetable store which also provides organic produce, and an organic butchers located on belmore road, with some amazing cafes and a variety of international cuisines to choose from, all of which are walkiing distance.
Public transport is not an issue with metro service's available.
Buses, trams and a train station in Canterbury.
All transport travel to city.
My home has been discribed as a stylish haven, calm, cozy and sparkly clean, bright sunlight, and very spacious, surrounded with beautiful indoor plants, complete with a indoor water fountain which creates a beautiful ambience.
The front of the home has beautiful trees and the outdoor area is quite spacious, You have a choice of parking in the drive way or street parking.
A large garden area great for entertaining or simply just hanging out.
This is a happy house! What I love the most is coming home to a relaxing tranquil space. This is not a party house, but definetly a hidden gem, you cannot miss out on, this is a three bedroom house, which would be shared by my new house mate and no other occupants.

Bills are included in the rent,. this is definitely a good deal, you have full access to the home, all kitchen supplies, plates utensils etc is provided.
The cleaning is a shared responsibility which will be discussed, cleaning up after you makes life easier.
Having operated abnb for a many years which was very successful, I did transit just before lockdown and for the last two year I was very fortunate to have had a fantastic flatemate that shared with me who has now returned back to UK!
We have remained great friends!
I now look forward to meeting my new house mate, to share my home with.
I also have another room located in the back of the house.

A passion i've always enjoyed, i do help out family and friends when they need my assistance.

I guess more importantly is when i meet my future flatemate we both vibe each other. and that we both have similar values, and I guess basically getting along. I will not accept rudeness and beleive no one should. I treat people how i would like to be treated. Open respectful communication are very important.
The house will only be shared by myself and new house mate, no other occupants.
